Ron Mabry // Pathways & Perspectives
I was an avid hiker for decades until a fall in a cave that injured my foot. After recovery I began riding bikes again. Found my childhood friend and we ride together once again. Suffered a near death infection in my heart. To help to recover from open heart surgery I started again on a stationary bike to regain my strength and moved forward. In fair weather we ride at least three times a week on recumbent trikes and in cold weather we use stationary bikes at a gym. A very great sport especially for two guys in their eighties. Love the Razorback greenway. What a wonderful trail for NWA. 20 miles per trip is our norm.
